Life in Every Bite's latest product development included sourcing top quality fruit in the Santa Ynez Valley for two high end wine blends for the 2014 vintage that will be bottled and available in November 2015 to club members only. In 2014 LEB launched Figueroa Mountain Brewery's hot sauces with its A Chilli Pepper Co. Brand. LEB manages this project jointly in a partnership with FMB. Santa Barbara County, California.
In 2012 LEB launched three product lines under A Chilli Pepper Co. Brand out of Los Angeles California. LEB owns and manages this project entirely out of Santa Barbara County, California.
In 2010 LEB built out Eco-Asian restaurant in downtown Los Angeles, California and after training front and back of house personnel opened the restaurant in 2011. LEB owned, developed the brand and managed this project entirely. Arranging finances and negotiating the lease were part of the project.
The concept included using recycled sake bottles as light shades and Asian newspapers for wallpaper. Bamboo was used for all furniture and shop fitting.
